Please read these Terms & Conditions (Terms) and our Privacy Policy carefully because they govern your use of our Services. Do not purchase a subscription, register for an account, purchase something from our online store, or otherwise use the Services if you are not in agreement with these Terms.
For purposes of these Terms, users of the Services include Child Users, who are children who use the Services, including any specific functionalities of our products and/or services, and Adult Users, who are individuals over the age of 18, including parents and guardians of Child Users. We refer to all users collectively as you, your, or users.
If you are under age 18, you may only use the Services only with the consent of your parent or legal guardian, or of a teacher or school administrator that is authorized to consent on your parent or legal guardian’s behalf (Adult). Please be sure an Adult has reviewed and discussed these Terms with you. Plim Plim Games’s content is made available by deals with producers and distributors, always respecting copyright and intellectual property.
Subscriptions
Plim Plim Games is offered for a fee (“Paid Apps”) and therefore, in consideration of granting to use the license to use such Paid App you shall be obliged to pay the respective fee as defined herein. The fee for Paid App will be charged as a one-time fee when you buy the App from the mobile application distribution platform, or may be charged on a monthly or a yearly basis (“Subscription”). The fee is charged to your chosen payment method in the relevant distribution platform of your device. The applicable fee is the one displayed at the time of sale on a mobile application store. Please note that the Subscription based Apps are automatically renewed for the applicable length of your Subscription and Subscription fees are automatically charged until it is cancelled either by you or by the Company.
Taxes, cancellations and refunds are also processed by the mobile application store that lists our Apps. We have either limited or no control over any aspect of your Subscription. Thus, we strongly recommend you to follow the instructions of the relevant mobile application store for payments (including taxes), cancellations and refunds and to find out if there is any additional payment that applies to your purchases.
In order to stop automatic renewal of the Subscription and automatic withdrawal of Subscription fees, you must cancel your Subscription 24 hours before it renews for the length of the next Subscription period.

Intellectual Property
The Service contains valuable copyright, trademarks and service marks owned, controlled or used by or licensed to CIRCLES MAGIC LLC and its licensors. Any use of the intellectual property rights without the prior written permission of CIRCLES MAGIC LLC is strictly prohibited. The arrangement and layout of the Site including but not limited to, the Marks, images, text, graphics, buttons, screenshots, and other content or material are the sole and exclusive property of KIDS MAGIC LLC.
All intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, images, texts, graphics, applications, contents, videos and all material are the sole and exclusive property of Kids Magic LLC. And Circles Magic LLC is its licensee, able to carry out any development with the intellectual property, copyright, or trademarks.

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

In no event shall CIRCLES MAGIC LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from
- (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
- (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
- (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and
